Fellowship on Women and Public Policy

Eligibility Requirements
Matriculated students in graduate programs at all accredited colleges and universities in New York State. Applicants must have completed 12 graduate credits before applying, with degree completion scheduled after the fellowship. Candidates must have a demonstrated interest in studies, research, employment or voluntary activities designed to improve the status of women and underrepresented populations.

Selection Process
Through an intensive screening and interview process, the program selects bright and motivated women who have demonstrated an interest in public policy and the issues of underrepresented populations. A committee reviews each candidate’s vitae, transcripts, letters of recommendation and conducts interviews.
